Job Description
RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a qualified and experienced INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER for a well-established concern, position based in the Howick area, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
PERSON MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE HOWICK OR SURROUNDING AREAS.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Diploma in Human Resource and Development / ET DP SETA Sector.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint skills.
Relevant qualification/s in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a unionized environment.
Solid understanding of labour laws and regulations, particularly in managing CCMA cases.
Knowledge of human resources practices, policies, and procedures.
Person should be informed, research and keep up to date with the South African Labour Law.
Continually analyse and develop operating procedures as it relates to IR, ER and HR.
Manage grievances and grievance procedures timeously and ensure management are updated.
Salary package offered: - Market related
