Provide advice and guidance to Line Management, employees and Labour as required.
Assist with investigations (misconduct, loss of assets and vehicle accidents).
Liaise with CCMA and assist with preparation for conciliation/arbitration.
Prepare a bundle of documents for CCMA proceedings.
Administration of disciplinary, grievances, conflict resolutions and appeal hearings.
Record keeping and update of disciplinary files as per checklist.
Promote policy awareness by conducting quarterly workshops.
Prepare and update quarterly action plans for Industrial Relations projects and tasks.
Ensure compliance with the procurement process when professional services are sourced.
Prepare for Local Labour Forum meetings as instructed by the IR Manager.
Prepare monthly summary reports on Labour Relations for Human Resources, EXCO and Board reporting.
Observe all Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
All assignments as directed from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma/B. Tech Degree in Industrial Relations/Labour Relations Management
2 - 5 years' Labour/Industrial Relations experience.
Experience and exposure to CCMA and Bargaining Council processes.
Extensive knowledge of disciplinary procedures.
Competent in MS Office.
Extensive understanding of Labour legislative framework.
Report writing skills.
* Valid Drivers' License.
