Some of your responsibilities will include tenant relations, people management, property operations, lease and contract management, budget management, and reporting on portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and possess exceptional customer service skills. The ability to excel under immense pressure along with extensive experience managing large portfolios of commercial or industrial properties is a must.
