With an upcoming vacancy in their dynamic Johannesburg office, they are on the lookout for a Regional Portfolio Manager to join this close-nit, high performing team. The role includes property management, management reporting, and financial management functions, along with other related tasks. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with at least 5-8 years relevant property finance related experience. They are looking for someone with advanced problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with MDA/MRI software and advanced Excel skills is a must.
