Perform continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Safety targets. Perform continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Safety targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform time studies for the workshops in order to define standard method/cycle times.Perform Line balancingMBOM/ PBOM creation and validationDevelop work instructions, facility layouts and process flowsDrive continuous improvement initiativesPerform safety risk assessmentsWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Completed S4 subjects in Industrial Engineering or National DiplomaDegree in Industrial Engineering would also be advantageousStrong knowledge in work-study, operations management, facilities and material handlingHigh level of integrity and confidentialityProficient use of Microsoft Office Tools and advance ExcelHigh analytical with excellent communicationActive team player, achievement & deadline orientation and process driven.Innovative ideasBasic ability to read and interpret technical drawingsTime management skills
