Industrial Engineer
Job Description
:
Responsible for managing logistics of fleet department
Optimization of machines
Calculating the operational duration of heavy machinery
Business development
Continuous improvement
Managing a team
Skilled in physical asset management
Maintenance planning and scheduling
Structured problem solving
Skills & Experience:
10-14 years post qualification within a heavy machine fleet industry
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Word and Excel
Excellent leadership skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly structured and strategy driven individual
Thrive in high-pressure situations
Agricultural Environment or background advantageous
Qualification:
BSC/BEng or BTech Industrial Engineering
Masters advantageous
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
