Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve production processes, layouts, and material flows.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, time studies, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning, quality assurance, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- BEng/BTech in Industrial Engineering.
- 2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimisation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and CAD-based tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A hands-on role within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
