Responsible for managing logistics of machines to be delivered to clients nationally
Calculate machine profitability
Calculating the operational duration of heavy machinery
Ensuring correct machine maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal machine usage
Overseeing and guiding your team
Exceptional leadership skills
Structure and strategy driven

Skills & Experience:
13-15 years post qualification within a heavy machine fleet industry
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Word and Excel
Skilled in managing a team
Experience with heavy machinery
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Great planning skills
Self-motivated and driven individual
Perform well under pressure
Agricultural Environment or background advantageous

Qualification:
BSC/BEng Industrial Engineering
Masters advantageous
