A leading player in the renewable energy sector, committed to pioneering sustainable solutions that drive the transition to a greener future, is seeking a dynamic and talented Industrial Engineer to join their innovative team. Where you will be contributing to the optimization of their manufacturing processes in the renewable energy sector

Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce cost
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control measures, ensuring the production of high-quality renewable energy products
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline material flow, minimize lead times, and optimize inventory management
Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, waste reduction, and lean manufacturing principles
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve manufacturing performance metrics

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in manufacturing
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Qualification:
BSc/BEng/BTech Industrial Engineering
