We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.

Induction Facilitator

The successful candidate will be responsible to facilitate Computer Based Training and other related induction programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively managing and coordinating the Computer Based Training.
Maintaining of induction documents.
Presenting induction related training program.
Monitoring, advising and assisting with induction and training activities.
Reviewing of induction content for continuous improvement.
Assisting with correct translation of induction content where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12
Assessor Certificate will be an added advantage.
Driver's License (Code EB/08).

Minimum Experience

1-year experience in the mining industry
Computer Literacy
