Independent Sales Representative
Job Description
Kumpel Pet Accessories (www.kumpelpets.com) is a local business ethically handcrafting various pet accessories. We are looking for an independent sales agent to help expand our distribution network along the Western Seaboard. The sales agent would be responsible for identifying and securing new retail outlets (gift shops, pet stores, veterinary clinics, groomers, and online stores) and ensuring strong brand presence in the assigned area. Applicants need to have their own transport. Previous sales experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify & Recruit New Outlets - Approach pet-related businesses and introduce them to our product range.
- Build & Maintain Relationships - Develop long-term relationships with store owners and managers.
- Check on Product Presentation - Occasionally visit stockists to ensure proper merchandising and branding.
What We Offer: Payment is commission based per new recruited outlet and a percentage on repeat orders for the first year.
