We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Referral Partner Account Manager to oversee and expand our strategic partner relationships. Referral partnerships are a key initiative for and becoming our biggest growth opportunity. This person will play a key role in building this program and serve as the primary point of contact for our referral partners. You will be responsible for driving mutual growth through effective relationship management, financial modeling, lead optimization, and product enablement. We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills, a knack for sales, and great communication to build strong relationships and grow our referral partner program.
Compensation:
USD $14.42 / hour. Payments are made monthly.
Schedule:
Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week. Regular and predictive attendance is required.

A Typical Day Might Include...
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the main liaison for all referral partner accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess partner satisfaction, performance, and potential growth opportunities.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, advocating for their needs across Boostability departments.
Work with the marketing and sales department on key messaging and communication programs for partners and leads.
Financial Modeling & Billing
Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasting models for Boostability, and commission models for partner accounts.
Manage billing processes, invoicing accuracy, and ensure timely reconciliation with internal finance teams.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on lead generation, conversion metrics, and customer retention tied to each partner.
Prepare account performance summaries and ROI analyses on a regular cadence for each partner.
Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to both internal and partner stakeholders.
Partner Enablement & Sales Support
Provide ongoing product and industry training, sales and marketing collateral, and sales support to partner teams.
Conduct onboarding and educational workshops to ensure partners are equipped to represent our products and services effectively.
Assist in co-selling efforts and resolving escalated issues with partner-led deals.
Revenue Growth & Opportunity Development
Identify and execute strategies to expand revenue within existing partner accounts.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to co-develop lead generation campaigns.
Explore and implement upsell or cross-sell opportunities aligned with partner capabilities and client needs.
Our Ideal Candidate Has...
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in partner account management, B2B sales, or channel/alliances management.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint or Slides, CRM tools (Hubspot, preferred), and BI/reporting platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional relationships and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
Possesses strong analytical skills and experience working with financial models and performance reporting
Is highly organized and proactive, with excellent follow-through
You'll Really Stand Out If you Have...
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or tech-enabled services,
Understanding of financial modeling and partner revenue share structures.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (C1/C2 level proficiency) and proficient in writing and grammar.

Proficiency in Google Apps and Tools (IE: Gmail, Drive, etc.)

Additional Notes
This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for benefits.
You must be able to work independently and manage your own time.
You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Poland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
