Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage and oversee day-to-day operations related to high-priority incidents.



Lead Incident Management discussions during daily Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.



Ensure timely and effective communication to the business during service outages or disruptions.



Compile and distribute post-incident reports to relevant stakeholders.



Coordinate resolution efforts among internal teams and third-party vendors.



Maintain detailed records of high-priority incidents for reporting purposes.



Lead monthly Problem Review Boards to identify recurring issues and implement resolution strategies.



Foster collaboration among technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive problem resolution.



Ensure transparent updates and progress tracking for open incidents and problems.



Requirements & Qualifications



Proven experience managing high-priority incidents in cloud or hybrid environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).



Strong knowledge of incident and problem management best practices.



Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.



Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially under pressure.



Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.



Experience working with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
