Job Summary Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a luxury inbound travel consultant
Must have proficiency in Tourplan
Knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East Africa
Planning, quoting, and designing journeys throughout Southern and East Africa timeously and accurately
Managing all aspects of tours from quoting through to post-tour file closure
Ensuring your in-country guest tours run smoothly and without error
Being on call for your in-country guests after hours while they are traveling
Tour administration to be maintained and accurate
Booking all services for your tours
Coordinating all invoicing/payments for your tours with accounts
Reconfirmation of all services before travel
Preparation of Travel documents
Ability to handle high volumes of work without compromising on accuracy
Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clients & agents
Crisis management and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Working with a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
