We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and customer-focused

Inbound Tour Operator

to manage and coordinate travel services for international clients visiting. You will be responsible for designing itineraries, booking services, liaising with local suppliers, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and customize tour packages for inbound travelers based on client preferences and budget. Communicate with international travel agents, partners, and direct clients to confirm bookings and tour requirements. Arrange and coordinate travel components such as accommodation, transportation, guides, sightseeing, meals, and activities. Liaise with local service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.) to secure availability and negotiate rates. Provide accurate and timely tour quotations and itineraries. Monitor tour operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the client's visit. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourist attractions, seasonal events, and cultural experiences. Handle booking confirmations, invoicing, payments, and documentation. Ensure compliance with local tourism laws, safety protocols, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in inbound tourism, tour operations, or travel services (1-3 years minimum preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in travel booking systems. In-depth knowledge of local tourism products and destinations.
