Inbound Tour Consultant
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and cost bespoke safari and tour packages.
Book and coordinate lodges, transfers, activities, and guides.
Manage client and travel agent communication.
Handle amendments, emergencies, and on-call support.
Maintain accurate records, invoicing, and supplier liaison.
Desired Experience & Qualification
3+ years inbound consulting experience in tours/safaris.
Strong knowledge of Southern Africa safari destinations, lodges, and logistics.
Proficiency in travel booking systems (Tourplan or similar).
Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Tourism qualification advantageous.
