Are you a confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and customer service?
We're looking for Inbound Sales Agents to join a growing, dynamic team where your people skills and drive will be your greatest assets.
? Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services
Convert leads into confirmed sales while maintaining excellent customer service
Keep systems up to date with accurate customer details and notes
Work towards achieving individual and team targets
Support promotional campaigns and contribute to a positive sales culture

Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, retail, or call centre roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
Resilience, confidence, and a positive attitude
Good IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems
