We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Inbound Sales Consultant

to join our team at

. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while leveraging your strong sales experience to convert inbound inquiries into bookings. You will play a key role in driving revenue and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, all while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:



Inbound Sales Conversion:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries regarding reservations, ensuring prompt and effective responses. Use your sales expertise to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and upsell products or services to maximize revenue. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide accurate and timely information about available services, pricing, and policies. Ensure all customers have a positive experience from the first point of contact to post-booking follow-up. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, special promotions, and packages to provide informed recommendations to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively differentiate our services.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Apply your sales experience to actively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall company goals.

Booking Management:

Accurately process and manage reservations using the company's reservation system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date. Handle booking changes, cancellations, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Reporting and Feedback:

Track and report sales metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to management. Provide suggestions for improving sales processes and customer experiences.

Required Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and exceed targets. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in reservations, hospitality, or travel services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software (experience with specific platforms a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience in inbound sales or call center environments. Familiarity with CRM and booking systems. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
