Job Description


Our client, a National Company of 30 years seeks the services of an energetic, friendly, self-driven individual, who enjoys working in a customer service, Call Centre environment and completing administrative tasks. This person will be assisting customer on the inbound customer service line with queries and general administration.

Must be:

  • Bilingual
  • Willing to be upskilled and trained (previous experience advantageous)
  • Strong in communication skills & attention to detail
  • Computer Literate
  • High level of work ethic
  • Customer service orientated
  • Articulate ( not heavy accent)
Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound calls and emails
  • Assist on arrear accounts and making arrangement for payment
  • Preparation of settlement correspondence
  • Journal processing
