JOB PROFILE xe2x80x93 Marketing Retail Sector Title of job: Retail Sector - Mobi-Force Promoter Location of the job: Various Retail Stores Job Code: Mission/Core purpose of the job Mobi-Force Promoters are responsible for promoting and selling Mobicel devices to potential customers. Their primary goal is to increase sales and revenue for the company. Engaging with customers, providing information about our offerings, and persuading them to make a purchase Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, initiate conversations, and establish rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop persuasive sales pitches and tailor them to individual customer needs to encourage purchasing.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any post-purchase inquiries or issues.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and meet sales targets will be essential to your success in this role.
  • Creating positive brand experiences, and increasing product visibility.
  • Sales drive: upselling Mobicel products by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate products.
  • Promotional activities: during promotional campaigns give out gifts to customers who purchase Mobicel devices.
  • Merchandising: assist in arranging and maintaining product displays, ensuring that products are showcased attractively and in a way that maximizes visibility and accessibility.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and report inventory levels to management.
  • Customer feedback: reporting on the ground customer feedback to supervisors who then escalate to call centre department.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, and sales. Provide regular reports to management.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Qualification in Marketing, Sales or any other related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of the products or services being promoted (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
