The Impact Program Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing education programs that are both mission-aligned and evidence-informed. This role bridges operational program delivery with impact measurement, ensuring that every initiative is tracked, evaluated, and continually improved based on insights and learning. You will work across teams and with external partners to ensure our education interventions are meaningful, scalable, and accountable to the communities we serve.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Program Design
Lead the design and planning of education programs aligned with the Foundation's strategic goals.
Integrate Theory of Change (ToC) and impact frameworks into program planning.
Ensure program activities are inclusive, culturally responsive, and equity centered.
Program Implementation & Management
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs including timelines, budgets, partners, and deliverables.
Coordinate with grantees, consultants, and delivery partners to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and mitigate risks and challenges during program rollout.
Impact & Evaluation
Define and track program-level KPIs, outputs, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the Impact Analyst to design data collection and evaluation plans.
Support internal learning by synthesizing and sharing key insights from program implementation and impact.
Sales Stream through Funding
Secure and manage strategic funding partnerships to support and expand the Foundation's education programs.
Align program design and impact goals with donor priorities to create compelling funding proposals.
Translate program outcomes into evidence-based narratives that demonstrate clear returns on social investment.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, philanthropic, and government funders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure funded programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
Collaboration
Maintain strong relationships with implementing partners, schools, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Represent the Foundation in program-related events, meetings, and working groups.
Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of reflection, adaptation, and innovation across program teams.
Apply feedback loops and iterative design to improve program effectiveness.
Share learnings internally to inform future strategy and funding decisions.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's or degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
3 years of experience in program management, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with M&E principles, impact measurement, and learning agendas.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in low-resource or marginalized communities is an asset.
