About the Role
You'll spearhead the strategic direction and operational performance of ICT services across the organisation. This includes governance, security, digital transformation, systems management, and team leadership - ensuring alignment with corporate growth, compliance, and innovation.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement a forward-looking ICT strategy
Oversee ICT governance, compliance, and audit functions
Manage infrastructure, systems, and operational ICT delivery
Lead high-impact ICT projects and budgets (CAPEX & OPEX)
Drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and SLAs
Mentor and manage ICT specialists and technical teams
What You Bring
A 4-year qualification in Information Communication Technology
MBA or equivalent leadership qualification (advantageous)
7-10 years' experience in ICT, including 3+ in a commercial setting
Strong knowledge of ICT risk, governance, and legislation (PFMA, BBBEE, etc.)
Experience in ERP, business intelligence, and IT infrastructure
Proven stakeholder management across regulatory, business, and vendor landscapes
Project management certification preferred
People-first leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
