Growth Phase Plan
under its 5-Year Corporate Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the formulation of the Growth Phase Plan, ensuring alignment with Company's mandate.
Provide oversight across strategy review, opportunity identification, and feasibility analysis.
Facilitate workshops with Company leadership, Board, and external stakeholders.
Deliver Board-ready draft and final reports.
Ensure compliance with PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, and banking legislation.
Requirements
Minimum
7 years' experience
in strategy development within the banking/financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of regulated financial environments.
Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic planning projects.
Excellent facilitation, report writing, and presentation skills.
Postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R10000,00 - R30000,00 per month
