ICT SALES Manager Basic + Petrol + Team Commission OTE 50k+ Yearly Bonus on Targets met. 5 Years SALES Experience: Insurance, Vehicle Office Automation, Telecommunication, Hosted PBX/VOIP, Fibre and Wireless Connectivity experience will be an advantage. Track record of managing a team of Direct Sales reps. Scheduling cold call activities for the reps and planning daily activities for the team. Must be strong Negotiator and be able to assist the Sales Reps in closing deals, assist with Finance applications, have a great understanding of FICA give training where needed to ensure the Sales team meets all their short term and long-term targets. Must be a person that can work under pressure and keep a level head and know how to motivate a team to get the best out of each individual. 2 Years Sales Management experience within any relevant industry as indicated above. Grade 12 / Matric and Sales Management qualification advantageous. Valid driverxe2x80x99s license & reliable vehicle. Please apply with a full detailed CV. The position is open to all genders.
