Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Certifications (Advantageous):
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications: MCSE, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Azure, or AWS
- 35 years in a Systems Engineer / Network Engineer role
- 35 years in an IT management role
- Strong background in managing multi-site IT infrastructure & networks
- Network setup & administration (VLAN, advanced routing, monitoring)
- Microsoft Office support & Windows OS troubleshooting
- Backup & recovery systems setup and maintenance
- Windows Server environments (AD, DHCP, DNS, NPS management)
- Hybrid cloud & enterprise networking (Fortinet, SD-WAN configurations)
- Cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001 knowledge advantageous)
- ICT procurement, asset & inventory management
- Project management principles
- Manage, monitor, and optimize ICT systems & network infrastructure for maximum availability
- Plan, implement, and maintain IT business applications while ensuring security best practices
- Oversee daily ICT operations, including support, maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN for optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Manager on threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Drive ICT innovation to enhance reliability and scalability across all sites
