Hygiene Supervisor

Job Description
Responsible for coordinating effective and efficient set-up and removal of catering service
equipment for Bowl and Non Bowl events and hygiene including effective deep cleaning and control
in line with the kitchen standards.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Responsible for all cleaning activities by liaising with the store man to draw the required
- Responsible for monitoring movements of stock.
- Conducting daily inspections regarding hygiene and sanitations of all production areas.
- Identifying and reporting structural deficiencies in the food operation and surroundings
- Responsible for setting up buffet's stations according to the menu specifications.
- Ensuring all catering equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Demonstrate training by demonstrating the use of cleaning chemicals, catering equipment
