About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and target-driven individual to join our Back Office team as a

Hybrid Back Office & Collections Agent

.



In this role, you'll manage clients who have made partial payments -- your goal is to ensure they settle their balances and submit all required documents. You'll need to be persuasive, organized, and accurate while handling multiple client files at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own client list from first contact to full payment and document completion. Follow up with clients via phone, email, and messaging to collect outstanding balances. Encourage and guide clients to complete payments and submit documents promptly. Verify, organize, and maintain compliant client documentation. Update all payment and document statuses daily. Work with QA and Submissions teams to hand over complete client files. Identify and resolve any issues delaying payments or file progress. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements / Candidate Profile

Must have worked at

Lead Capital Group for 6 months or longer.

Clear EP status

Clear IR (disciplinary) record.

Target-driven with strong communication and follow-up skills. Confident in calling clients and collecting payments. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage 30-50 active client files. Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient. Experience in collections, telesales, or finance is an advantage. Comfortable using CRM systems.
