Carry out inspections, routine servicing, and component replacements on a range of air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
Liaise with clients across the Western Cape to plan and execute maintenance activities efficiently.
Travel regularly to client sites to ensure systems are operating at optimal performance and that a high standard of service is consistently delivered.

Skills and Experience:

At least 5 years of hands-on, in-depth experience with chilled water systems (essential requirement).
Proven competence in working with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation equipment, electrical circuits, control panels, and cooling towers.
Strong understanding of critical electrical and mechanical components, including thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings.
A valid drivers licence is required.
