Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

HVAC Site Engineer

to oversee projects, manage on-site operations, and ensure successful delivery of HVAC installations and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HVAC installation projects on site. Manage and coordinate a team of technicians and subcontractors. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure quality control. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC project/site engineering. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls. Proven experience in project management and team supervision. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
