Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
Feltex is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to optimise HR processes and ensure the improvement of relationships between stakeholders in order to meet organisational objectives. The successful incumbent will be responsible for streamlining HR operations, enhancing employee engagement and supporting organisational effectiveness.
This role plays a key part in supporting HR Strategy and Business Objectives by analysing HR workflows, monitoring key HR metrics, implementing improvement initiatives, and fostering positive communication across the business. The HR Specialist will also serve as a primary liaison between HR, management, and employees, promote a culture of collaboration and accountability, and ensure all HR practices align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
