Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR processes for recruitment, performance management, and salary reviews.
- Manage monthly payroll and benefits for a dynamic team of 100+.
- Lead our Internship Program, shaping the next generation of talent.
- Contribute to policy refinement, system improvements, and procurement efforts.
- 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in payroll administration.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
- A valid driverxe2x80x99s license is required.
