Human Resources / Payroll Administrator - PietermaritzburgThis role entails being responsible for the accurate and efficient end-to-end process within the payroll department. Supporting the Human Resources Manager and being accountable for the timeous control. completion and consolidation of HR documentation and reporting.Key responsibilities:Maintenance and management of time and attendance, leave and the ESS systemEnd to end accurate processing of payrollEMP 201 reports and reconciliationCompilation of Employment Equity reports for the annual submissionHR administration and reportingRequirements:Proficiency on a payroll system, with at least 3 years proven experience working on a full spectrum of a payroll system with end to end payroll experienceMatric and HR qualificationProven experience as a Payroll and Human Resources AdministratorFull understanding and interpretation of the BCEA, LRA and EEA, SDL /WCAValid drivers licence and reliable transport to HiltonSuitable applications to be emailed to liezel@pronel.co.zaNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
