Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Job Summary To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience, an honours degree or postgraduate diploma in HR or industrial psychology, and sound knowledge of South African labour legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as success factors or People Sage is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels are vital.
