St Peter's College is an independant Anglican Diocesan school for boys and girls from Grade 8 to Grade 12. The school was founded in 1998 to meet the demand for a co-educational high school in northern Sandton. St Peter's College offers and integrated and relevant South African high school eductation.



The aim of the College is to ensure that individual potential is achieved through exposure to a wide range of excellent academic, spiritual, sporting, creative, cultural and community activities. St Peter's College is currently seeking to appoint a committed, reliable and hardworking Human Resources Manager.

Minimum Requirements



A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Registration with a professional body (e.g. HPCSA or SABPP) is advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR role, preferably within an educational environment. Proven experience in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Strategic thinker with strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities. Deep understanding of labour law, HR best practices, and transformation principles. Commitment to ethical leadership, confidentiality, and servant leadership. Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture. Skilled in change management and staff development.

Duties and Responsibilities



Lead the strategic development and implementation of HR policies and practices. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff wellbeing. Support leadership teams with workforce planning and organisational development. Ensure compliance with labour legislation and uphold best HR practices. Champion transformation, diversity, and inclusion across the College. Manage HR systems, records, and reporting. Facilitate professional development and training initiatives. * Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership on HR matters.
