1. Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff; facilitate job descriptions; and manage the onboarding process.
2. Mediate conflicts, handle disciplinary inquiries, conduct exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment.
3. Develop and oversee training programs, facilitate and coach managers on performance management.
4. Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals.
5. Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and manage workplace health and safety compliance.
