We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a vast range of human resource functions and driving culture initiatives within the organization.
Manage disciplinary processes, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
Coordinate medical aid and pension enrolments.
Support skills development, EE reporting, and training initiatives by facilitating regular admin staff training sessions
Liaise external partners on staffing and compliance matters
Drive company culture initiatives
Work closely with and report directly to top management.
Requirements:
Strong administration, communication, and organizational skills.
3-5 years' generalist HR experience.
Solid knowledge of South African Labour Law.
HR qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in handling disciplinary hearings and CCMA matters.
Strong ability to manage conflict and disciplinary situations effectively.
Solid understanding of HR legislation and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management skills
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work fast and efficiently
Ability to work as a team
Working times: 08:00 - 17:00
