POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an experienced and senior professional to lead recruitment, training, BEE, employee benefits, and a range of HR functions. This role is strategic and includes a seat on the Executive Committee (ExCo), so only serious candidates with proven expertise will be considered. Preferably 5-7 years' experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive Employment Equity (EE) and BBBEE compliance and reporting.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Oversee employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate learning and development programs.
Administer remuneration, benefits, and leave management.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
Lead diversity, inclusion, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
7-10 years' HR experience with solid knowledge of South African employment law, EE, and BBBEE.
Previous leadership experience within an African or South African organisation.
