, orHigher Certificate in Human Resources
Minimum
2 years' experience
in an HR-related roleMust reside
within the area
or be willing to relocateWillingness to travel
to our store locations as requiredPayroll experience
will be a strong advantageKey Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Maintain HR records and support compliance with labor laws Provide support for performance management and staff development Handle HR administrative tasks and support store-level HR needs Manage or assist with payroll processes (if applicable)
