Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resources

Diploma in Human Resources

Higher Certificate in Human Resources
Minimum
2 years' experience
in an HR-related role
Must reside
within the area
or be willing to relocate
Willingness to travel
to our store locations as required
Payroll experience
will be a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain HR records and support compliance with labor laws
Provide support for performance management and staff development
Handle HR administrative tasks and support store-level HR needs
Manage or assist with payroll processes (if applicable)
