Job Description
Our client, a textile manufacturer seeks to appoint an HR Manager with manufacturing experience, a high level of integrity and confidence to join their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and development
- Stay up to date with relevant HR trends and legislation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the payroll department
- Establish collaboration with SETAs and other training institutions
