Key performance areas:
Leading and managing all functions the HR division in the company
Advising managers on all HR strategic matters
Reviewing and development of HR policies and practices
Employee engagement and wellness
Payroll Administration
Time and Attendance administration
Recruitment and selection
Skills development and submission (ATR and WSP)
Employment Equity (EE report)
Performance review and career development
All disciplinary action related documentation
HR monthly reporting to the Director
Legal compliancy with local government regulations and law
Conflict management and counselling
Health and Safety documentation management
Overseeing all HR related issues
The successful candidate must have:
Matric with a degree in HR./Industrial Psychology
4 years' experience as a HR Manager
Experience in a wholesale environment is advantageous
Strong Payroll (Preferably Sage) experience
Strong Time and Attendance experience
Analytical (problem solving) skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Must have good interpersonal and people skills
Ability to work under pressure

Pay: R25000,00 - R30000,00 per month
