Objective:
To gain workplace experience which assists with obtaining the relevant qualification
Learners will be based at a specific store

requirement/proof of enrolment with the TVET college (if awaiting a certificate)
Student Number from TVET college attended
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
Loading and updating employee information on SAGE
Check daily attendance
Mfiles to be kept updated
Assist with the biometrics system
Capturing weekly wages
Human Resources
Upload training registers onto system (maintain weekly)
HR initiatives and events co- ordinating
Any other ad hoc payroll/HR related duties when required
Essential Skills
Computer literate
A good administrative track record
Excellent MS Office and excel skills
Able to problem solve and solutions orientated
Excellent numeric skills
High level of confidentiality

Sound understanding of regulation and compliance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
