Job Summary Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 05 years' HR management experience, with at least 03 years in the mining industry.
In-depth knowledge of labour legislation, HR best practices, and mining sector compliance.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, including unions and regulatory bodies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
