Matric or equivalent - HR Diploma or Degree advantageous
Extensive SAP HP1 Data Maintenance experience, including organization and staffing change, HR master data maintenance and personnel actions maintenance
Excellent computer skills: MS Excel Advanced, MS Word Intermediate, MS PowerPoint Intermediate, and MS Outlook
VIP, coupled with time and attendance experience, will be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail/ accuracy and good problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of the MEIBC main agreement is advantageous
Teamwork coupled with the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for employee benefits administration and SAP HP1 data maintenance, which includes employee onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding activities
Capture new employee data and maintain employee details in SAP HP1
