An appropriate, recognised qualification at NQF level 5, with preference for a qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
A relevant NQF level 6 qualification will be an advantage.
Two years' relevant work experience in Human Resources.
Duties : o Provide general administrative support in all areas of HR.
Track documentation.
Monitor submission deadlines for internal and external reports.
Maintain HR records.
Coordinate and schedule meetings.
Keep record of meetings.
Assist with coordination and execution of HR projects.
Generate correspondence, minutes, presentations, etc.
Maintain and keep stock of office stationery.
Keep track of expenses against the HR budget.
Keep track of documents and Action lists for all meetings.
Register and track incoming and outgoing documents.
Coordinate, track and follow up on documents that require action or approval.
* Perform other administrative functions, delegated from time to time.
