The purpose of this role will be to provide support, analysis, advice and guidance to business within an HR policy framework and ensure compliance to relevant legislation and policies and other generalist HR functions as per need.
Partner with the business to facilitate the alignment and integration of HR related strategies, processes and procedures to all Business units within the Omnia Agriculture division. Provide advice, solutions and services where required to optimize business efficiency.
