REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree or B Tech in HR, Honors Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology
  • Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation i.e., SDA, SDLA, LRA, BCEA, EEA, etc.
  • Proven track record in benefits administration management
  • Proven track record in headcount planning
  • Proven track record in Training & Development in particular the management of apprentice and learnership programs
  • Advanced negotiation skills able to negotiate at all levels
  • Good financial, analytical and people management skills
  • Sound quality systems knowledge
  • Information management skills Windows / Excel / Word / PowerPoint / HR Information Systems
DUTIES
  • Responsible for benefits administration management
  • Provide HR support on headcount planning
  • Report on headcount movements to Finance and Daimler
  • Assist in managing and monitoring performance of subordinates
  • Responsible for training and development
  • Oversee and ensure compliance of EE reporting
  • Develop and implement a Training and Development strategy
  • Ensure that IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standard requirements are implemented
  • Actively assist in the organization of the recruitment process
  • Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience, including Medial Aid, Provident Fund
