Job Description


My client in the Engineering sector is looking for a Human Resources Assistant / HR Administrator to join their team. Must have completed diploma/degree in HR or similar with minimum 3 years experience. Candidates must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) - with strong MS Office capability (Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Learner & Mentorship Program
  • Assist with Client Supplier Registrations and updates
  • Compile new employees' files before start date
  • Train new employees on Deltek time sheets and expense claims
  • Recon leave transactions on Sage 300 and Deltek timesheets
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager (record keeping, manage employee files and HR Generalist duties)
  • Alternating as switchboard management and receptionist
