Administrative Support:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, preparing HR documents (contracts, policies, etc.), scheduling meetings and training sessions.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with job postings, managing applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations:
Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, supporting HR initiatives.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures, and potentially assisting with compliance checks and reporting.
Reporting:
Preparing reports on training programs, employee data, and other HR-related metrics.
General
Ensure all employee records (personal details, employment history, performance evaluations, etc.) are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications
Relevant Qualification:
A 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
Experience:
1 -3 years of relevant experience in HR Administrator.
Strong Organizational Skills:
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records is crucial.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Google Workspaces and HRIS systems is often required.
Knowledge of Legislation:
Familiarity with BCEA, EE, LRA, SDA, and OHASA is important.
