The Role
To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across Human Resources (HR) and Talent Development functions. This includes managing bursary and scholarship programmes, coordinating training and learning initiatives, maintaining accurate talent and organisational data, and supporting statutory and company reporting requirements. The role ensures effective governance, compliance, and execution of Seriti Greens people development objectives in alignment with transformation and business strategies.
