Job Description
A leading company within the Steel industry is seeking the expertise of a Human Resource Practitioner to join their team within the Middelburg, Mpumalanga area. This is a permanent requirement.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Responsible for total HR function
- Responsible for recruitment, industrial relations, training, employee benefits, policies, organisational structures, performance management, employee assistance and HR administration
- Ensuring business adheres to HR policies and procedures
- Resolving grievances
- Providing training from time to time
- Reporting
- B. Com Degree in HR Management or related field
- 10+ years experience as a Generalist HR within the Manufacturing or Mining environment
- At least 8 years experience in managing trade unions
- Extensive experience with the LRA, BCEA and EEA
- Excellent knowledge handling and managing trade unions or factory shop stewards matters at floor level
